The following are some of the responsibilities of the Ophthalmologist:

• Diagnose and treat eye diseases
• Perform eye surgery and prescribe and fit eyeglasses
• Treat specific eye conditions, such as glaucoma or cataracts, and more.
• Analyze results from all tests conducted and share results with patients
• Educate patients regarding their options
