We are seeking a Marketing Director for a thriving Eye Surgery Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Center is one of the state’s most progressive, high-quality, multi-specialty practices, using the industry’s most advanced technology and the best state-of-the-art office space. The ideal Marketing Director is responsible for leading the practice’s marketing efforts. The Director of Marketing will guide the marketing team and coordinate day-to-day advertising and marketing activities. The director is also involved in developing, implementing, and tracking the strategic marketing plan, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building community awareness around the practice’s brand.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in business, marketing, or communications (MBA preferred)
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading marketing efforts in a medical setting
• Ownership of marketing objectives, strategy, promotional initiatives, tactical plans, and execution
• Marketing team/people management experience
• High competency in project management responsible for communicating results to key stakeholders
• Markandin Eye Care and/or in an elective procedure practice environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Directs all marketing and promotional efforts for the Eye Center, with a specific focus on creating demand for premium vision offerings and comprehensive eye care
• Oversees and directs all patient engagement initiatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Evaluates and develop the marketing strategy and plan across multiple target audiences
• Develops, maintains, and implements the practice strategic marketing plan, goals, and objectives
• Identifies potential sources for new patients for premium surgical procedures (refractive cataract & laser vision correction) and comprehensive services
• Leads all marketing-related projects with external vendors/strategic partner groups to ensure consistent delivery/achievement of practice goals.
