Responsibilities

The Ophthalmologist will:

  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations
  • Diagnose and treat medical eye diseases
  • Perform cataract surgery and related procedures

  • Collaborate with optometrists and clinical staff to provide coordinated patient care

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Eligibility for Ohio medical licensure
  • Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine and exceptional patient care
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
