This opportunity is open to a licensed Optometrist seeking either a full-time or part-time position and offers competitive compensation of $170,000–$180,000 annually for full-time employment, prorated for part-time, along with a production incentive bonus, health and vision benefits, retirement benefits, professional liability coverage, paid time off, and a six-month retention bonus.

Optometrist Responsibilities
The Optometrist will provide comprehensive and medical eye care within an established glaucoma and cataract surgical practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive eye examinations
- Refractions
- Contact lens fittings
- Medical optometry
- Pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Urgent eye care visits
- Routine follow-up examinations
- Co-management of patients within a glaucoma and cataract surgical practice
- Patient education and development of long-term doctor-patient relationships
This position provides an opportunity to work closely with an ophthalmology team while managing a broad range of optometric and medical eye care needs.

The practice operates from a 3,500-square-foot facility with six fully equipped examination rooms and a comprehensive range of diagnostic and ophthalmic technology.
