Our client is a thriving independent optometry practice that has experienced consistent growth and continues to welcome new patients from Richmond, Ottawa, and the surrounding communities. Compensation

Compensation is production-based and designed to reward your clinical success.

  • 23% of Gross Examination Revenue
  • 23% of Gross Optical Revenue
  • 16% of Gross Product Revenue

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

The practice is seeking an associate for 2–3 days per week with the opportunity to expand into a full-time schedule.

Preferred Schedule

  • Thursday: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM

This schedule provides an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to build a loyal patient base within a growing community.


Technology

The practice utilizes Optosys electronic medical records and continually invests in modern technology to provide exceptional patient care.

Doctors enjoy access to advanced diagnostic equipment that supports comprehensive eye examinations and the management of a wide range of ocular conditions.


Responsibilities

As the Associate Optometrist, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations
  • Diagnose and manage ocular disease
  • Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
  • Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
  • Develop long-term patient relationships
  • Collaborate with an experienced clinical team
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records
